Mike was very helpful too and patient with me as a first-time homebuyer. He showed me many properties and taught me what to look for and pay attention to at each house. He has his clients’ best interest at heart. Although realtors work on commission, he won’t hesitate to tell you when he thinks a house is overpriced so you don’t pay more than the house is worth. He was always responsive, replying to texts, phone calls, and emails promptly. He will also follow up with you if you haven’t responded to his attempts at communicating with you, which is what I needed sometimes considering we all have busy lives. Overall I’m glad I had Mike to guide me through this entire process.
